5x15 is an initiative of Rosie Boycott, Daisy Leitch and Eleanor O'Keeffe.

Rosie Boycott founded Spare Rib when she was 21, she went on to be the first woman to edit a national broadsheet newspaper and a national daily newspaper. She is currently food advisor to the Mayor in London.

After graduating from Cambridge and Johns Hopkins Universities, Daisy Leitch has worked as a freelance journalist and she has also made short films for Channel 4.

Eleanor O’Keeffe is the former director of the Jaipur Literature Festival, and a co-founder of the Palestine Festival of Literature. She has been involved in arts events in Marrakech and Paris. 5x15 is her first London venture.
